This is the perfect option for anyone wanting to dip their toes into the waters of coaching. I like to think of single sessions as a journal prompt. Our conversations will ask you to do some internal searching in order to better clarify what you need- or the steps toward getting there.
Single sessions include:
a prompted assessment to help you refine and define your goals
1 hour session (either in person or via phone) discussing your assessment and doing a deep dive into our discoveries
1 followup email that includes a recap of our conversation as well as a suggested next step toward your goals
